Podcast.net provides possibly the largest selection of podcasts of any directory. Lots and lots of good stuff.

Podcasting-Station provides a very organized and easy to use list of podcast categories. Wide variety of podcasts on numerous subjects.
www.podfeed.net is another directory with a huge listing of podcasts. Also provides "featured" podcasts and the "Feedburner top 100 podcasts" based on subscriptions.
Yahoo!Podcasts is a vast listing of podcasts offered by the Search/Portal giant.
http://Odeo.com is a directory of podcasts that has been acquired twice. They must be doing something right!
